A prologue of sorts for my big dragon, Runos. The speech is not only my own voice (Holy cow, you say!) but is speaking about a wizard who once was a friend, then went insane and placed Runos in a space of frozen time as a test subject in a quest for the answer to immortality. Hopeful to make a few more, I've really had an itch the past few days to just build and make stuff like crazy.

What is being said:

"So many days had I wished you were fine, old friend. But deep down I knew you were not, something growing inside your mind and devouring you from within.

A little hatchling could not aid you, the mighty, and somewhere Iea hoped A'mea and A'meo would come to help you.

But you didn't tell Iea you killed them after they had been your friends so long; you killed them in their home as they welcomed you...

If only you had not hurt and left those who loved you the most in your rune-imbued quest for immortality... Iea would not be crying in pain from your curse etched upon my skin and scale, doomed to live for eternity...

Did you forget that eternity is a very long time?

If only you had not fallen to madness... Iea would not be attempting to get away in time before the explosion destroys everything.

Sadly...

Iea has failed everyone.

But with your accursed gift, not all is lost."
